It seems like yesterday we were making our way through the Khumbu enjoying the superior local knowledge and expert tour guiding offered by the Koru Mountains team. It was a trip of a lifetime and has been an unforgettable experience.

Everest – iconic, beautiful, remote, foreboding – was a constant presence; but more than this Phurenje and his team were able to share their culture and the Nepalese way of life…whilst doing everything possible to help make the adventure work perfectly for every walker.

In 2018 our family had the pleasure of trekking in the Solokhumbu/Everest area with Koru Mountains for just over two weeks….Every part of our trip was awesome, including planning, communication, support and guiding in Kathmandu, and guiding on our trek.

…the greatest pleasure came not so much from the landscapes (which were stunning), as from meeting the people and seeing their lifestyle. Koru Mountains have everything covered. All you have to do is turn up and enjoy the experience.
